Working out when pregnant is not something to be taken lightly. Especially for women who are considered high risk, as their heart rates aren’t supposed to go over 140. Of course, we’ve seen women at the gym doing squat thrusts and even know of some who’ve run marathons into their 5th month of pregnancy! Not something we’d advise.
