Oats, banana, almond milk, chia seeds, and chocolate protein powder come together to make a quick and easy, healthy breakfast option that tastes like dessert.

Chocolate Banana Overnight Oats
1 banana, cut in half
1 cup old fashioned oats (not instant)
1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
4 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
2 teaspoons cacao nibs
Dollop of almond butter (optional)
- Cut one half of your banana in slices and mash the other half.
- Add mashed banana, oats, almond milk, protein powder, and chia seeds into a bowl. Stir well to combine, until all the protein powder has dissolved. Seal container with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.
